SHIPPING POLICY: We are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state, as well as Canada. We ship international on a regular basis. Shipping charges are to be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout. If you are ordering by phone, we will be happy to email a total including shipping as well as a tracking number. Please ask at the time of order.

We ship via UPS ground, 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available). We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses.

In-stock orders placed before 1p.m. (EST) will be shipped the same day if possible. If you place your order after 1p.m. (EST), it may be shipped the next available business day. Pro Torque does not inflate or otherwise profit from shipping charges. You are charged the exact amount as quoted by the shipping carrier such as UPS. Pro Torque does, however, apply a handing charge to cover the cost of boxes and packing material.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
 Satisfaction Guaranteed. That’s our policy! We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You will receive a full refund within 3-4 business days AFTER the return of the item and after inspection of the products. If the item is returned in used or damaged, your right to refund is waived. To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package. If you have received a damaged shipment, the matter MUST be taking up with the shipping company. We will gladly send you a replacement of the same item while the damaged shipment claim is being processed.

OUT-OF STOCK ITEMS:
Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).

CUSTOM ORDERS/SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Many of our torque converters are custom built to your exact vehicle specifications. custom orders and special order items require a 50% deposit. A quote will be provided regarding custom machined items. On certain rare occasions, final price may vary from the quoted price should unforeseen variables or running changes occur.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval.
 Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. Checks and Money Orders are accepted. All checks and money orders must clear before orders will be shipped. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. We will confirm the availability of your order the same day if it is placed before 1p.m. (EST) and the next business day if placed after 1p.m.(EST). All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution.
 You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.



PREPAYMENT POLICY:
All orders must be prepaid prior to shipment. There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.
