In early 2020, ProTorque merged with one of the best manufacturers in the world, Boninfante Friction. For those who don’t know, Boninfante manufactures 100% market share of the NHRA Top Fuel race car clutches as well as innovate driveline products for many other companies.

Splining, broaching, laser cutting, gear hobbing, grinding, dual disc grinding, heat treating, EDM machine, 12 CNC centers, MAZAK intergrex, Star machines, Superflow welding equipment, dyno equipment, laser etching… we do it all IN HOUSE!

Now, we are looking to hire some talented, forward-thinking team members for our location just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Experience is a plus, but not required. Attitude and work ethic is more important than anything else.

POSITION: TORQUE CONVERTER TECHNICIAN

Turn your passion into a profession – #TeamProTorque is HIRING a torque converter technician! We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and reliable torque converter technician to come join our team in Yeadon, PA

The ideal candidate MUST HAVE:
• Transmission and/or converter experience
• Great problem-solving skills
• Be tech-savvy
• Some converter welding experience
• Turning lathe experience
• Shop experience is a must
• Excellent people skills and work well with others
• Tthe desire to adapt and grow their role
• Knowledge about motorsports, preferably drag racing
* Some type of racing background IS preferred!
